When booking the exam, you can provide the employer's billing address. You do this on the page where you choose the payment method. Under "Invoice name" you can enter the invoice details of your employer. If you do not enter anything here, your details will be included on the invoice.
You will receive the invoice by e-mail the next working day and must hand the invoice to the employer yourself. The invoices are also visible in the personal account, under the heading "Financial".
If you have already booked an exam and have not put the invoice in the name of the employer, this can be adjusted afterwards by our customer service. There are administration costs involved. Via this form you can request us to change the name of the invoice.
